A spacious open plan living area with kitchen diner for 4 provides a relaxed ambience in which to entertain and unwind, with a high beamed ceiling offering a lovely romantic appeal too. Guests can cosy up on the sofa in front of the flat screen TV, enjoy rustling up a tasty homemade treat to the kitchen or savour a chilled glass of wine out on the private dining terrace.
The charming modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine and fridge, to ensure guests can savour the flexibility and convenience of dining at home, whilst having the freedom to dine out at one of the nearby restaurants of Budoni too.

The bright and spacious master bedroom features the same uplifting beamed ceiling, and paints a timeless scene for guilt-free holiday slumbers, with a comfortable double bed featuring alongside a lovely sunny balcony. For extra guests staying, it is also possible to hire two additional beds (for EU 10 each).

The contemporary open plan layout of this tranquil holiday retreat is further completed by a modern fitted shower room with private laundry facilities and onsite private parking. A series of 15 external steps lead to the street level of the residence.

The modern holiday complex also benefits from its welcoming owner Paola, who lives onsite and is always happy to assist her guests with making the most of their holiday. Her 9-seater van is ideal for airport transfers to/from Olbia and local tourist trips (upon request), whilst friendly Paola can also hire bicycles for € 2 per day and offer excursions and beach tours on her very own boat!

From July-August the streets are also made car-free and safe in the evenings, to make way for a lively market which sells a wealth of local Sardinian products, gifts and delectable delicacies to take home.
