Inside, the 2-storey home features a lovely ground floor with separate Living room next to a separate Dining room and adjoining Kitchen. Both rooms offer an effortless summertime flow; with their light and airy layout and direct garden access. Guests can easily relax within the traditional Living room with sofa suite, flat screen TV and ambient fireplace. The Dining area is welcoming in its spacious Farmhouse style ambience, whilst the Kitchen is readily equipped with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The sleeping accommodation is perfectly suited to groups of 6; with a traditional Italian-style Double bedroom with terrace access featuring alongside a 2nd bedroom with 2 separate Single beds and a 3rd child-friendly room furnished with a set of bunk beds and a Single sofa bed.

A family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower features alongside a modern fitted shower room and a convenient service WC.

Outside, a stylish partly covered terrace is furnished with a chic sitting area; perfect for savouring an evening aperitif. The charming private garden leads down to a sunny lawn, perfect for sunbathing. The holiday villa is also equipped with a BBQ and garage.

Within the residence guests can enjoy classic holiday moments at the adult and kid-friendly on-site pool, a game on the clay tennis courts (for an extra charge), some laid-back table tennis, boat mooring and carefree proximity to the beautiful lakeside promenade and an Olympic pool with spa (500 metres away). The well-serviced resort of Ispra is 6 minutes’ drive away.

Situated along ‘Via dei Platani’, the holiday residence is nestled within lakeside parkland, placing guests just 500 metres from the lakeshore. Guests are well placed for reaching the centre of Ispra (6 minutes’ drive away).

Ispra offers a lovely array of authentic restaurants, as well as a lovely lakefront promenade, which is safe for families and ideal for scenic strolls. The historical village setting is truly picturesque, with noble villa gardens and ancient ruins surrounding the lakefront resort.

Close by, the famous Monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso is 14 minutes’ drive away, whilst the popular resort of Laveno is 21 minutes’ drive away. From the lovely golden triangle town of Laveno, a ferry service runs to Stresa and Verbania, for a lovely opportunity to enjoy a day of sightseeing.
