A fully fitted kitchen with hob oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and a dishwasher provides all the desired appliances for a home-from-home self catering stay. Local authentic Restaurants can also be enjoyed in Maccagno and nearby Luino.

Three spacious bedrooms are situated in the property making it ideal for both families and groups where flexibility is always required. The master bedroom features a stylish king size bed and a beautiful new en-suite bathroom. A second king size bedroom is also ideal for couples and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The property also features a second newly fitted bathroom which is fitted with a power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet.

Laundry facilities are provided for guests in the basement of the building as well as a private underground garage. Additional parking can also be used in the resident parking areas.

Luino is just a 3 minute’s drive away and offers a wide choice of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. A frequent train, local bus and passenger and ferry service also operate from the town making it the perfect base from which to explore and enjoy Lake Maggiore.

Lake attractions include the stunning Isola Bella gardens, the historical Angera castle and the picturesque resort town of Stresa. Activities in the area include hiking, cycling, water sports, horse riding, extreme sports, tennis and golf. The nearest Swiss Ski resort of San Bernardino is just 1 hour’s drive away.
