The residence is 8 minutes’ drive away from the restaurants and amenities of Pietrasanta. The local area also enjoys proximity to the ‘Oasi del Cowboy’ amusement park, the golf club and buzzing beachside of Forte dei marmi and the Lago di Porto nature park (all 13-30 minutes’ drive away).

Other local attractions include the sea and beach of Marina di Pietrasanta, the Lido di Camaiore, the Art Deco coastal resort of Viareggio, the annual Puccini festival in Torre del Lago and hiking up Monte Forato and Monte Matanna.
