Villa dell'Olmo lies in the Chianti area of the Pisan hills, just in the heart of the Tuscan countryside close to Pisa. This superb mansion boasts an amazing position in front of the medieval hamlet of Lari, which became in the XVIth century the local government headquarter of the Medici Family over the territory.

EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Villa dell'Olmo is within a residential complex part of an estate of 8401 acres and is made up of the Villa, the annex and the tennis court/swimming pool changing rooms.
The property dates back to the early 20th century and is surrounded by farmland, a wood with paths ideal for walkings among century old oaks and a beautiful garden all around the villa adorned by potted flowers, pine trees, Lebanese cedar trees and magnolias. The garden hosts a lovely gazebo equipped with dining table for 14 people, perfect for meals at the open air.
An imposing gate of the XIXth century opens on a wide avenue edged by a row of lime trees which leads to the outdoor parking area (max 12 cars).
In front of the property and next to the gazebo there is the swimming pool (mt. 15x5) heated by solar thermal panels and equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and parasols. There is also a changing room (2 showers and toilet). For sport lovers there is also a tartan tennis court with its changing room (2 showers and toilet), an outdoor bowling green and a small gym fully equipped (tapis roulant, spin bike, bench, dumbbells).
At the back of the villa there is a barbecue and a wood-fired brick oven ideal for baking bread and pizzas.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Villa dell'Olmo (870 sqm) can accommodate up to 14 people, is spread over 2 floors + attic for a total of 8 bedrooms (8 doubles and 3 twins) and 8 bathrooms (5 with shower and 3 with shower+bathtub). More specifically, the property consists of:

Ground Floor:
On the right from the main entrance there is the sitting room with refined furnitures where dominates a magnificent fireplace. This area is provided with tasteful sofas and armchairs and adorned by a beautiful piano Steinway & Sons.
On the left of the entrance there is an elegant dining room with a dining table for 14 people. All the tiles of the living areas dates back to early XXth century. Follows the kitchen fully equipped, a dinette with fireplace, the breakfast room, the bathroom, the store room, the boiler room and the laundry room. All the rooms have direct access to the garden.

First floor:
This floor can be reached via the main staircase or through a secondary staircase leading also to the attic.
The first floor hosts the sleeping area with 6 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed) all furnished with style and taste are spread as follows: 2 suites with private bathroom, 1 suite, 1 guest room with 2 twin beds, a vast bathroom and a wide terrace, 2 bedrooms with bathroom. The sleeping area hallway ends to a small sitting room with a small terrace and big windows (original from early '900), overlooking the valley.

Attic:
This area hosts another bedroom with a single bed and a toilet.

Annexe:
In this premise there is a living room, a kitchen and 2 more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The interiors are refined, comfortable and welcoming. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Included free Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Pets are allowed (not inside the rooms).
