Casa Adele is part of a charming estate, surrounded by the stunning hills of Camaiore. Located on dominant position, the property overlooks the valleys and the riviera. It boasts the silence and relax of the countryside with the seaside and nightlife just at few minutes drive.

EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Casa Adele includes a private stone paved courtyard, furnished with a barbecue and a dining table for 4 people where enjoying alfresco meals in a unique and quiet location. This delightful cottage shares with another dependance the (60sq) garden with well kept lawns along with the swimming pool area (72sq), provided with umbrella, sunloungers and a tempting hammock. The swimming pool area boasts also an elegant gazebo with a dining table for 8 people which offers an amazing view of the hills of Camaiore and the tops of the Alpi Apuane mountains.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Casa Adele is a charming stone cottage (45mq) recently renovated, part of an estate made up of the main villa (where lives the owner) and a dependance (150mt from the house). The lodge sleeps up to 3 people, has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and is spread on one level divided into day and night area.
The guests is welcomed by a well furnished lounge area painted with warm colours, hosting a comfortable sitting room/dining area with cozy sofas, a smoking table, Sat TV and dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is wide and fully equipped (stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffe machine etc.). All the area is made cozy and intimate by the special touch of the fireplace which gives a kind of magic to the room.
The sleeping area is made up of a double bedroom and a single bedroom divided by a 1,5 mt. wall and each enlightned by its window facing the garden. Completes the area the bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Heating (pellet heater) and internet wi-fi are included. The house boasts a cool weather in summertime and doesn't need neither air conditioning no fans. Please note that the road that leads to the cottage is quite narrow and suitable for small cars only. Big cars or vans can be parked in the outdoor parking place near the main villa.

Please note that the pool is open from the 10th of June 2019 to the 10th of September 2019
