Those seeking to enjoy a round of golf are a short mostly flat 8-10 minutes’ stroll away from the Club house, whilst those looking to savour an authentic meal out are an 8 minutes’ stroll from the Italian restaurant, ‘Bucadiciannove’. From its breath-taking lake-mountain view setting, the holiday home also offers proximity to the Arzaga Golf club (10 minutes’ drive away).

For those looking to stock up the kitchen cupboards, central Soiano del Lago is 3 minutes’ drive away. Guests will find an artisan bakery, supermarket, selection of restaurants and a frequent bus service.
