The ground floor benefits from a relaxed and contemporary style living area; with open plan kitchen diner, a stylish sitting area with flat screen TV and French doors leading out to a lovely private covered terrace with dining area for 6. The effortless flow to this floor offers a carefree ambience for enjoying the long summer months; to set the scene for dinner parties, family fun and relaxation.

The contemporary kitchen diner is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances too, and is perfectly suited for enjoying relaxed holiday meals; with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge freezer to hand. Outside, the covered private terrace features a stone-built BBQ too, which is perfect for enjoying authentic stone-baked pizzas or ambient open fires. The covered dining area is also complemented by a paved outside terrace with awning to provide some welcome shade when needed.

From the living room, a set of stairs lead down to the lower ground floor. Here, a bright and welcoming double bed offers an ambient and restful setting in which couples can enjoy a good night’s sleep. A contemporary fitted shower room is also conveniently to hand next to the bedroom.

The ground floor living room also features a second stair case, which leads to the first floor above. Here a second double bedroom, a child-friendly third bedroom with bunk beds and second modern shower room features. For extra convenience, private laundry facilities also feature and there is also a possibility to hire 2 extra beds if needed (for EU 10 each).

The lovely 3 bed retreat features a total number of 12 internal steps. A private parking space can be found outside, within the tranquil ambience of this well-maintained and welcoming holiday residence.

The modern holiday complex also benefits from its welcoming owner Paola, who lives onsite and is always happy to assist her guests with making the most of their holiday. Her 9-seater van is ideal for airport transfers to/from Olbia and local tourist trips (upon request), whilst friendly Paola can also hire bicycles for € 2 per day and offer excursions and beach tours on her very own boat!
