A spacious open plan ground floor easily enables guests to kick off their shoes and feel at home, with a modern kitchen diner featuring alongside a modern sitting area with flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the must-have appliances, including a cooker hob, oven, toaster and coffee machine; for carefree meals in.
From this bright and inviting space, French doors lead out to a fabulous private paved garden with alfresco dining area. Benefitting from lovely sunny spots as well as welcome shade from the awning and covered portico, the private outside space enables guests to relax and entertain throughout the night and day.

The holiday home also benefits from versatile sleeping arrangements, which suit both families and groups of up to 7. This flexible layout comprises a spacious master double bedroom with terrace access alongside a second couple-friendly double bedroom and modern shower room, and a third family bedroom to the lower ground floor, which is furnished with 3 single beds and is located next to a spacious second shower room.
Private laundry facilities are provided for extra carefree appeal and upon request 2 extra beds can also be provided (at a cost of 10 EU each). A total number of 12 steps feature inside this lovely hassle-free holiday retreat. A private parking space also features close by the holiday home.

Her 9-seater van is ideal for airport transfers to/from Olbia and local tourist trips (upon request), whilst friendly Paola can also hire bicycles for € 2 per day and offer excursions and beach tours on her very own boat!
